Orders, delivery, refunds
These go to BuyGoods and the manufacturer. We are an independently published guide with no access to order records, no view of your delivery, and no ability to issue a refund.
Their details are on your order confirmation and the checkout page. Have your order number and delivery date to hand, and if you are inside the guarantee window, act sooner rather than later.
Corrections and figures
If our arithmetic is wrong we want to know, and one correction would be especially valuable: a photograph of the Supplement Facts panel from a recently bought bottle would settle the central question on this site.

Allergen questions go to the manufacturer
Because the label and the sales page disagree about shellfish content, we cannot answer allergen questions responsibly and will not try. Contact the manufacturer and ask for confirmation in writing. If you have a serious allergy, do not take the product until you have it.
Symptoms that need a doctor rather than a supplement
- A joint that is hot, red, or visibly swollen — especially a single joint with fever
- Morning stiffness lasting more than an hour
- Joint pain with fever, rash, or unexplained weight loss
- Pain that wakes you at night or is present at rest
- Sudden severe pain in one joint, or inability to bear weight
- Any joint symptoms in a child
Several of these point to inflammatory arthritis, gout, or joint infection rather than ordinary wear. Septic arthritis in particular is urgent.
Medication questions
A pharmacist will review your full list free of charge in a few minutes. Given that three separate ingredients here carry interaction cautions, that is a worthwhile visit before ordering rather than after.
