The Ingredients, Assessed as Line Items
Four lines on the panel, three distinct ingredients, and only one of them fully quantifiable. Assessed here the way you would assess any purchase — what does this line contribute, and can I even tell?
Read this alongside the breakdown
The sales page advertises a different six-ingredient formula built on glucosamine and chondroitin. Neither appears on the panel. Our cost breakdown sets out every discrepancy and the arithmetic.

Two of four lines cannot be quantified
The 30 mg turmeric extract states 95% curcuminoids, so it yields 28.5 mg. That is solid.
The 75 mg 4:1 turmeric extract states a concentration ratio, not an active content. The 15 mg Coleus Forskohlii states neither. Both could be anywhere within a wide range, and a label that does not say is a label asking for trust.
Our working estimate of 35 to 40 mg of curcuminoids per capsule is deliberately generous to the product.
Three Ingredients, Three Assessments
Turmeric & Curcuminoids
105 mg extract · ~35 mg curcuminoidsThe only line carrying real weight. Costable in part — 28.5 mg from the standardised extract, plus an unstated contribution from the 4:1. Against trial doses of 500 to 1,500 mg.
What it is worth →Coleus Forskohlii
15 mg · strength not statedUncostable. No standardisation percentage means no way to know the forskolin content, and the research base sits in glaucoma, asthma, and body composition rather than joints.
What it is worth →BioPerine® Black Pepper
5 mg · standard doseCorrectly chosen and correctly dosed. Raises curcumin absorption substantially — and raises the absorption of many medications too, which is the label's least-advertised caution.
What it is worth →The Five You Are Not Getting
Because many buyers will be choosing this specifically for the advertised formula, the missing ingredients deserve their own accounting.
Glucosamine and Chondroitin. The best-selling joint supplement combination in the world, and the most rigorously tested. The NIH-funded GAIT trial, published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2006 with around 1,600 participants, found neither reduced knee osteoarthritis pain significantly compared with placebo overall. A moderate-to-severe subgroup showed possible benefit, but subgroup findings are exploratory. European trials of glucosamine sulfate have generally been more positive than North American trials of the hydrochloride form, and industry-funded trials more positive than independent ones. Genuinely contested — and entirely moot here, since the panel does not list it.
Boswellia Serrata. Reasonable osteoarthritis trials behind it, acting on the 5-lipoxygenase pathway. Not on the panel.
MSM. Several small positive trials for osteoarthritis pain. Not on the panel.
Bromelain. Pineapple-derived enzyme with anti-inflammatory research. Not on the panel.
What Each Kit Costs
Pricing is the manufacturer's and the transaction runs through BuyGoods. Because the reference sales page publishes figures that contradict each other, the number below may not be the number you are charged — read the checkout total before paying.
- Lowest per-bottle rate
- Includes the 5 digital bonuses
- 60-day guarantee
The crossed-out numbers are reference prices published by the manufacturer. We found nothing indicating the product has ever changed hands at them, so treat the right-hand figure as the price and ignore the implied saving. "Cost Breakdown" opens our pricing page, which links onward to the official checkout. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Work Out What It Costs You Per Day
Kit price divided by days of supply is the only figure that lets you compare this against anything else on the shelf. Our pricing page runs that arithmetic for all three kits and lists the conflicting numbers we found.
