The finding that shapes everything else: the Supplement Facts panel and the sales page describe different formulas. We have costed this product on the panel, because that is the document with rules behind it.

The arithmetic

Costing One Capsule

Take the 6-bottle kit at $294 — the only price we could verify at checkout — and follow the label's instruction of one capsule daily. Six bottles of 30 capsules gives 180 days.

Per-day cost at the best available kit price
LineAmount

Turmeric extract per day105 mg
Estimated curcuminoids per day~35 mg
Coleus Forskohlii per day15 mg
BioPerine per day5 mg
Cost per day$1.63
Roughly $1.63 a day for about 35 mg of curcuminoids. Clinical trials reporting joint benefit from curcumin generally use 500 to 1,500 mg daily.

That gap is the central fact about this product. It is not that turmeric is a bad ingredient — it is among the better-evidenced things you could put in a joint supplement. It is that the amount here sits an order of magnitude or more below what the supporting research used, at a price well above what plainly labelled turmeric extracts cost.

If you take two capsules daily as the sales page instructs rather than one as the label instructs, you double the dose and halve the supply — $3.26 a day for 90 days, still around 70 mg of curcuminoids.

What the Supplement Facts Panel Says

 Amount Per Serving

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate. Daily Value not established for any of the above. Transcribed from the product label supplied with this project.

Four lines, three distinct ingredients, 125 mg of active material. One capsule per serving, thirty servings per container.

Two details the sales page omits. The capsule shell is gelatin, so the product is not vegetarian or vegan. And the label's own positioning line — helps maintain a healthy inflammatory response — is a lawful structure/function claim, considerably more restrained than the marketing's talk of eliminating pain and rebuilding cartilage.

The 4:1 turmeric extract is the figure that cannot be pinned down. A ratio extract describes how much raw root went in, not how much curcuminoid came out, and ratio extracts are typically far weaker than standardised ones. Our 35 mg estimate is generous to the product.

The mismatch

You May Not Be Buying What You Think

Before any value judgement, there is a factual problem worth settling. The sales page and the label do not describe the same formula.

Only turmeric appears on both. If glucosamine and chondroitin are what you are shopping for, there is no indication on the panel that this product contains either — and that matters more to a purchase decision than any argument about whether they work.

Costs that are not on the price tag

  • Blood thinners. Curcumin raises bleeding risk with warfarin, aspirin, and clopidogrel. Forskolin may add to it.
  • Blood pressure medication. Forskolin lowers blood pressure and can compound antihypertensives and nitrates.
  • Any prescription at all. BioPerine increases absorption of many drugs, effectively raising your dose without changing what you swallow.
  • Surgery. Turmeric supplements are generally stopped two weeks before a procedure.
  • Gallstones. Turmeric stimulates bile production and is usually not advised.
  • Dietary requirements. Gelatin capsule. The two source documents also disagree about shellfish content, so confirm with the manufacturer if you have an allergy.

What Each Ingredient Contributes

1

Turmeric & Curcuminoids

105 mg of extract

Where essentially all of the product's plausible value sits. Two extracts totalling 105 mg, yielding somewhere around 30 to 40 mg of curcuminoids once you account for the unstated strength of the 4:1 portion.

What it is worth →
2

Coleus Forskohlii

15 mg, strength unstated

The line item that resists costing entirely. Without a standardisation percentage there is no way to know how much forskolin 15 mg of extract contains, and the ingredient's research base sits outside joint health anyway.

What it is worth →
3

BioPerine® Black Pepper

5 mg

A standard commercial dose of a genuinely useful additive. It multiplies how much curcumin reaches your bloodstream — and multiplies the absorption of any medication you take alongside it.

What Each Kit Costs

Pricing is the manufacturer's and the transaction runs through BuyGoods. Because the reference sales page publishes figures that contradict each other, the number below may not be the number you are charged — read the checkout total before paying.

A pricing discrepancy you should know about: the reference sales page displays three pricing tables and they do not agree. Two show 1 bottle at $158 and 3 bottles at $207; a third on the same page shows $89 and $177 for the same quantities. Only the 6-bottle price of $294 is consistent across all three, and it is the figure we were able to confirm on the BuyGoods checkout. Treat every other number as unverified until you see it at checkout.

The crossed-out numbers are reference prices published by the manufacturer. We found nothing indicating the product has ever changed hands at them, so treat the right-hand figure as the price and ignore the implied saving. "Cost Breakdown" opens our pricing page, which links onward to the official checkout. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

The verdict

Where This Leaves a Buyer

If you want turmericBuy a plainly labelled curcumin extract at a studied dose instead. It will cost less and you will know what you are getting.
If you want glucosamineThis product gives no indication of containing it. Buy it as a clearly labelled single ingredient.
If you want joint reliefExercise and weight management have far stronger evidence than anything in this category, and cost nothing.

None of that makes JointBrex unsafe or fraudulent, and we are not saying it is. The ingredients on the panel are ordinary and the manufacturing claims are unremarkable. The problem is narrower and entirely about value: you are paying a premium price for a small dose of an ingredient you can buy transparently and cheaply elsewhere, based on a description that does not match the label.

How much weight to give these: very little. Stated values on digital downloads are set by the seller and there is no market at which these PDFs sell for $67 or $77. More to the point, every one of them addresses peripheral neuropathy — burning, numbness, tingling in the hands and feet — rather than joint pain, stiffness, or cartilage. They appear to have been carried over from a different product.

Sixty Days, With a Condition

The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase. Read the published wording carefully though: it asks that you use the product for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. That leaves a practical window narrower than the headline suggests.

Refunds go through the manufacturer's support address rather than an automated system. Before ordering, confirm whether the clock starts at purchase or delivery, whether opened bottles qualify, and who pays return shipping — on a six-bottle kit that last one is not trivial.

Questions

JointBrex FAQ

That depends entirely on what you think you are buying. At the 6-bottle price and following the label's one-capsule-a-day instruction, you are paying roughly $1.63 a day for about 30 to 40 mg of curcuminoids. Plainly labelled turmeric products delivering ten to twenty times that dose sell for a fraction of the price. If you want a low-dose turmeric supplement, this is an expensive way to buy one.

Per the Supplement Facts panel: 75 mg turmeric root extract at 4:1, 30 mg turmeric extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids, 15 mg Coleus Forskohlii extract, and 5 mg BioPerine black pepper extract. That is 125 mg of active material in a gelatin capsule.

We cannot say why, only that it does. The sales page advertises Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate, Boswellia, Turmeric, MSM, and Bromelain. Five of those six appear nowhere on the Supplement Facts panel. Since the panel is a regulated disclosure and marketing copy is not, we have costed the product on what the panel says.

Also disputed. The label says 30 capsules at one per day, which is 30 days. The bottle artwork and sales page say 60 capsules, and the sales page says take two daily — which is also 30 days. The kits are sold as 30, 90, and 180 day supplies on that basis. Confirm against the bottle you receive.

The 6-bottle kit at $294 with free US shipping is the only figure consistent across the sales page and confirmable on the BuyGoods checkout. The smaller kits appear at two different prices in different tables on the same page — 1 bottle at $158 and also $89, 3 bottles at $207 and also $177.

They are five digital PDF guides with stated values from $39 to $77, included with 3- and 6-bottle orders. All five are about peripheral neuropathy — nerve pain, burning, numbness in hands and feet — rather than joints. Stated values on digital bonuses are set by the seller and are not market prices, so we would not assign them any weight in a purchase decision.

Possibly. Curcumin increases bleeding risk with warfarin, aspirin, and clopidogrel, and may lower blood sugar. Forskolin can lower blood pressure and adds to antihypertensives and nitrates. BioPerine raises the absorption of many drugs, effectively increasing your dose. Ask a pharmacist to review your full list — it is free and takes minutes.

No. The capsule shell is gelatin, which is animal-derived. The sales page does not mention this.

No. Those are disease-treatment claims that no dietary supplement may lawfully make. The label's own wording is far more modest: helps maintain a healthy inflammatory response.

Sixty days from purchase, with a condition worth reading — the published terms ask you to use the product for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. Confirm who pays return shipping and whether opened bottles qualify before ordering.
